Prior to joining Oracle, he had worked as Developer. Within Oracle, He has done stints in Oracle Technical Support, Advanced Customer Service(ACS), acted as Service Delivery Manager(SDM) for "On demand" customers and the for the past 5+ years worked as a CoE (Center Of Expertise).
