Attend this session to learn about PeopleSoft HCM and Fusion Co-existence models. We will specifically talk about:
- PeopleSoft (8.9, 9, 9.1 & 9.2) - Fusion co-existence. This model allows the customers to remain on PeopleSoft system for HR but use Fusion Talent and Compensation modules on cloud. This solution provides the creation of bulk and incremental extracts from the PeopleSoft system which can be loaded into Fusion using File based loader.
- PeopleSoft NA Payroll (9.1 & 9.2) - Fusion HR (In progress). This integration provides the ability to have NA Payroll running in PeopleSoft while moving HR and Absences to Fusion on cloud. Customers can run their payroll with this solution by scheduling to run the process of data extraction at predefined intervals.
Murali Vemaraju has around 17 years overall industry experience and about 12 plus of that in PeopleSoft application areas. He is currently managing development teams across Bangalore and Trivandrum owning multiple product modules across HR, CRM. He also owns multiple Integration projects across PeopleSoft and other Oracle products. He has work experience in US prior to moving to India. He has a batchelors degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
