In this session you will be introduced to importing a schema from the DB catalog to create a relational model, reverse engineering the relational model to a logical model, creating subviews from the logical model and then synchronizing Relational and Logical Models. Once we have a data model in place, the next step would be to apply design Rules to ensure your database design complies to standards. You will also be introduced to creating a rule set that applies just the design rules you want to run together as well as using a Predefined Transformation Script.
