Terms & Conditions


No Refund/Cancellation/Postponement Policy for Registrations. Once paid, registration fees for Sangam conference are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a conference at our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone conference, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the canceled or postponed conference to within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Registration Fees paid by registrants for a canceled or postponed conference shall be applicable to the rescheduled conference on an INR for an INR basis only.
